摘  要:针对极端工况下火焰易失稳这一问题,设计开发了带平板稳燃器的热回流燃烧器,研究了热回流-流体回流协同作用对火焰结构的影响.结果表明,火焰在极低当量比下依然可以保持稳定对称结构.通过三维数值模拟对燃烧室内的火焰结构进行了分析.横向结构特性表明火焰根部随火焰面不断靠近侧壁面而向下游移动,火焰顶部随火焰不断靠近侧壁面先向下游移动而后向上游移动.纵向结构特性表明,靠近上游位置的火焰锋面在中央附近比较平直,而近侧壁面的火焰锋面出现明显弯曲.In order to improve flame stability under some extreme combustion conditions,a novel mesoscale combustor with a plate flame holder and preheating channels was developed,which was used to study the coupling effect of heat recirculation and flow recirculation on flame structure.The result shows that the flame can still maintain steadily symmetrical behaviour at very low equivalence ratios.A three-dimensional numerical simulation was conducted to better understand the flame structures in this combustor.The transverse characteristic of flame structure indicates that,as the flame approaches the side wall,the flame root shifts downstream,and the flame top first shifts downstream and then upstream.The longitudinal characteristic displays that the flame front near the centre of the combustor is almost straight,while the flame front near the side wall is obviously bending.
