摘  要:在日光温室条件下,以‘鲁花11号’花生品种为材料,通过浸种处理,系统研究了PEG模拟干旱胁迫下冠菌素(COR)对花生幼苗叶片光合特性和内源激素含量的影响。研究结果表明:干旱胁迫明显影响花生幼苗叶片叶绿素合成,降低叶绿素含量;降低叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs),提高胞间CO2浓度(Ci);降低叶片生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)和玉米素核苷(ZR)含量,提高脱落酸(ABA)含量。COR浸种可明显缓解干旱胁迫对花生幼苗生理功能的不良影响,提高干旱胁迫条件下叶片叶绿素含量、Pn、Tr和Gs,降低Ci,提高叶片IAA、GA和ZR含量,降低ABA含量。在正常水分条件下,COR也可明显改善花生幼苗叶片光合特性和内源激素水平。The effects of coronatine(COR)on photosynthetic performance and endogenous hormones contents of peanut seedling leaves under drought stress simulated by PEG were systematically studied.This research was conducted in solar greenhouse and‘Lu Hua 11'was taken as experimental material.The results showed that drought stress significantly affected chlorophyll synthesis and reduced chlorophyll contents,reduced Pn,Tr and Gs,increased Ci,and reduced the contents of IAA,GA and ZR,increased ABA in leaves of peanut seedlings.COR soaking obviously alleviated the poor physiological function of peanut seedlings under drought stress,improved chlorophyll contents,Pn,Tr and Gs,reduced Ci,and improved the contents of IAA,GA and ZR,reduced ABA.Under normal water condition,COR also significantly improved photosynthetic charicteristics and endogenous hormone levels of peanut seedlings.
