齐齐哈尔市适龄人群二孩生育意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过对适龄人群的生育意愿及相关因素的调查,解析齐齐哈尔市居民的二孩生育潜力,为进一步优化人口结构以及生育政策的调整提供参考。[方法]采用单纯随机抽样方法抽取部分社区适龄生育人群,并用偶遇抽样方法对市区人口流动性大的区域的育龄人群进行问卷调查。利用Epidata 3.1软件建立数据库,应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行χ2检验及Logistic回归分析法对二孩生育意愿及其影响因素进行统计学分析。[结果]调查人群二孩生育总愿意率为44.9%。不同人口学特征(户籍地、年龄、家庭年收入)人群的二孩生育意愿之间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄、个人态度、头胎小孩意愿、家庭目前收入等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]本地区适龄人群二孩生育意愿维持在较低水平,二孩生育形势仍不乐观。二孩生育意愿受到年龄、对全面二孩政策的个人态度、家中头胎小孩的意愿以及家庭经济因素的影响。Objective The paper aims to investigate fertility desire to age-appropriate group and related factors,resolve two children fertility potential of local residents so as to provide reference for further optimizing population structure and adjusting birth policy. Methods Simple random sampling method was used to extracted part of community age-appropriate group,and casual sampling methods was used to make questionnaire survey to the group in urban population mobility area. Built up database was by Epidata 3.1, χ 2 test was by SPSS13.0 statistical software,and analyzed the willingness of two children and its influencing factor by Logistic regression analysis method. Results The total willingness rate of two children fertility was 44.9%. There was statistical significance in difference of demographic characteristics（household location,age,family annual income）（ P 〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis result showed that there were statistical significance in differences of age,personal attitudes,first child s wish,present family income,etc.（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The willingness of two children in age-appropriate group is at low level. Two children fertility situation is still not optimistic. The willingness of two children is influenced by age,personal attitudes toward two-child policy,the willingness of first-born child in the family and family economic.
