行为干预联合复方玄驹胶囊对不育弱精症患者精液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨行为干预联合复方玄驹胶囊对不育弱精症患者精液质量的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月保定市第二中心医院收治的90例不育弱精症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组45例患者,均给予复方玄驹胶囊常规治疗,研究组在此基础上实施行为干预。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者精液质量、精子顶体完整率、精浆一氧化氮和生殖激素表达水平改善情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者精液质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者精子活率、精子活力级与精子活力a+b级均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。精子密度组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者精子顶体完整率和精浆一氧化氮水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者精子顶体完整率高于对照组,精浆一氧化氮水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生殖激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者FSH、LH和T水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:实施行为干预联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗,可以显著提升不育弱精症患者精液质量和生殖激素表达水平,有利于改善治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the influence of behavior intervention combined with compound Xuanju capsules on sperm quality in patients with infertility and asthenospermia. Methods： 90 patients with infertility and asthenospermia in Baoding Second Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were chosen and were divided into control group and research group,each of 45 patients. All patient in the two group were treated with compound Xuanju capsules,and on its basis the research group were treated with behavior intervention. After 3 months＇ treatment,improvements in sperm quality,sperm acrosome integrity rate,seminal plasma NO and expression level of reproductive hormone between the two group were compared. Results： Before treatment,difference in the sperm quality between the two group was not significant（ P 〉0. 05）,while after treatment the sperm motility,sperm motility level and sperm motility a ＋ b level of research group were higher than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ all P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in sperm density between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Differences in sperm acrosome integrity rate and sperm plasma NO between the two group before treatment were not significant before treatment,while after treatment,the sperm acrosome integrity rate of research group was higher than control group,and level of sperm plasma NO was lower than control group,both with statistically significant difference（ all P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,difference in the expression level of reproductive hormone between the two group was not significant（ P 〉 0. 05）,while after treatment,the expression level of FSH,LH and T in research group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences（ all P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusions： Behavior intervention combined with compound Xuanju capsules can effectively improve the sperm quality and reproductive hormone of patients with infertility and asthenospermia,hereby improvi
