中药联合微波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价中药联合微波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效及其影响。方法:计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方数据库、Pubmed、Speringer、Web of Science数据库,2名研究者根据纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献,对6篇有关中药联合微波治疗慢性前列腺炎的病例对照研究进行综合分析,应用Revman 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:与对照组比较,中药联合微波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效率高于其他单纯西药治疗的有效率,RR=1.33[1.22,1.44],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.00001);2篇文献对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎治疗后排尿症状的影响进行比较,RR=-0.6[-1.04,-0.34],这表明西药治疗本病疗效优于中药联合微波治疗的疗效,其差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0001);两组患者生活质量的分析RR=-0.88[-1.33,-0.43],其差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0001);NIH-CPSI评分显示,中药联合微波治疗疗效稍低于西药治疗的效果,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.00001);但是两组患者疼痛差异无统计学意义(P=0.99)。结论:中药联合微波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有效率较高,但在排尿、生活质量和NIH-CPSI评分改善上未达到预期效果,因此推荐中药联合微波辅助西药进行中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎。Objective： To systematically review the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） combined with microwave therapy in treating chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods： By retrieving the literatures on effect of TCM combined with microwave therapyin treating chronic abacterial prostatitis through the China National Knowledge Internet（ CNKI）,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed,Speringer and SCI,trials were selected according to the inclusive and exclusive criteria. The quality of the literatures was assessed and the data information was extracted. Meta-analysis was conducted by the Revman 5. 3 software. Results： The effective rate of TCM combined with microwave therapy was higher than western medicine,RR = 1. 33 [1. 22,1. 44 ],with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 00001）. By comparing the urinary symptom,the effect of TCM combined with microwave therapy was higher than single medicine,OR =-0. 6[-1. 04,-0. 34],with statistically significant difference（ P = 0. 0001）. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups inquality of life,OR =-0. 88[-1. 33,-0. 43],（ P =0. 0001）. According to the NIH-CPSI score,the efficacy of TCM combined with microwave therapy was better than western medicine,with statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 00001）,but no significant difference was found in the score of pain between the two groups（ P = 0. 99）. Conclusions： TCM combined with microwave therapy is effective in treating chronic abacterial prostatitis,worthy of promotion in clinical.
