摘　　要：早泄作为一种男科的常见疾病,中医药对其治疗有着显著疗效。李海松教授常年致力于男科疾病的研究,在先前研究的基础上,结合自身临证经验提出早泄的治疗当从心肝脾肾论治,在治法上首次提出分清虚实、保证勃起、首剂见效、中西结合、保证疗效、内外合治、夫妻同治的治疗方法。Premature ejaculation（ PE） is a commonmale disease and traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on its treatment. Professor Li Haisong is committed to male disease for more than 30 years. Combine his own clinical experience with former researches,he puts forward that the treatment of PE should focus on the liver,spleen and kidney. He raises the treatment method for the first time,which focuses on distinguishingdeficiency and excess,ensuringerection,making the first dose effective,combining traditional Chinese with western medicine,simultaneous internal and external treatment andconcurrent treatment of spouses.
