摘  要:该文介绍了一个创新性的物理化学设计实验,尝试利用基础物理化学的实验技术"最大泡压法"来考察明胶溶液在等电点时物理化学性质的变化规律,进而拓展测定明胶溶液等电点的实验方法。实验结果显示,明胶溶液在等电点时表面张力发生了明显的变化,利用最大泡压法测定明胶溶液表面张力的变化趋势可以初步确定明胶的等电点范围。本实验的设计能够提高学生综合运用所学知识和实验技术的能力,丰富基础物理化学实验教学的内容。This paper introduces an innovative physical and chemical design experimen, and anempts to use the "maximum bub- ble pressure" method of basic physical chemistry to investigate the change law of the physical and chemical properties of gelatin solution at isoelectric point, and then expand the experimental method tor measuring the isoelectric point of gelatin solution. The results show that the surtace tension of gelatin solution changes obviously at the isoelectric point. The variation trend of the su,tace tension of the gelatin solution by the maximum bubble pressure method can preliminarily detennine the range of the isoelectric point of the gelatin. The design of this experiment can improve students' ability to integrate their knowledge and experimental techniques and enrich the con- tents of basic physical chemistry experiment teaching.
