罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年髋关节置换术中的麻醉效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年髋关节置换术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法便利2016年12月—2017年12月抽取至该院就诊的给予老年髋关节置换术的患者106例作为该次的研究对象,依照随机数字表法进行分组,每组53例。其中对常规组给予硬膜外麻醉,对实验组给予腰硬联合麻醉,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果实验组患者的麻醉效果明显优于常规组(χ~2=11.850 9,P=0.001 0);实验组与常规组的并发症发生率分别为20.75%与41.51%(χ~2=5.324 2,P=0.021 0)。结论对行老年髋关节置换术的患者采取罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉的效果显著,便于取得优良的麻醉效果,且不会增加患者麻醉风险,安全有效,值得采纳。Objective This paper tries to explore the anesthetic effect and safety of ropivacaine combined with lumbar anesthesia in elderly hip arthroplasty. Methods 106 patients undergoing elderly hip replacement surgery who were admitted to the hospital as subjects of this study from December 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selection and grouped according to the random number table method, and 53 patients in each group. The epidural anesthesia was given to the conventional group, and the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia was given to the experimental group to compare the anesthetic effects of the two groups of patients. Results The anesthetic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group（χ^2=11.850 9, P=0.001 0）; the complication rates of the experimental group and the conventional group were 20.75% and 41.51%（χ^2=5.324 2, P=0.021 0）. Conclusion The combined use of ropivacaine and lumbarsparing anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery has a significant effect, and it is easy to obtain excellent anesthetic effect. It does not increase the risk of anesthesia for patients. It is safe and effective and worthy of adoption.
