摘　　要：目的该文将对接种甲肝疫苗预防甲肝流行的策略进行研究,使其能够降低甲肝的发生。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2017年2月接收的82例甲肝患者作为此次实验研究对象。通过回顾性分析,对甲肝患者自身实际情况以及疾病流行特征进行进一步分析,提出接种甲肝疫苗预防甲肝流行的策略,从而降低甲肝的发生率,保证人们生命安全。结果比较两组患者治疗效果情况,观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%(39/41)明显优于对照组患者75.5%(31/41);两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.724,P<0.05)。两组患者在接受接种疫苗后,病情均得到有效改善,观察组患者阳性评分(3.13±1.03)分要低于对照组患者(5.93±1.63)分,两组患者各数据之间差异有统计学意义(t=6 223,P<0.05)。结论在对接种甲肝疫苗预防甲肝流行策略研究中,保偿接种治疗效果显著,能够有效降低患者甲肝阳性率,从而改善患者病情,值得临床进一步推广。Objective This paper tries to study the strategy of preventing Hepatitis A epidemics by vaccination against Hepatitis A vaccine so that it can reduce the occurrence of Hepatitis A. Methods 82 cases of hepatitis A patients received in the hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were convenient selected and used as the subject of this experiment.Through retrospective analysis, the actual situation of patients with hepatitis A and the characteristics of the disease epidemic were further analyzed. A strategy for the prevention of the hepatitis A epidemic by inoculating hepatitis A vaccine was proposed to reduce the incidence of hepatitis A and ensure people＇s safety. Results Comparing the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0%（39/41） significantly better than that in the control group（75.5%）（31/41）; the difference was statistically signficant between the two groups（χ^2=3.724, P〈0.05）. After the two groups of patients received vaccination, the condition was effectively improved. The positive score of the observation group（3.13±1.03）points was lower than that of the control group（5.93±1.63）points. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data（t=6 223,P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the study of hepatitis A vaccination against hepatitis A epidemic strategy, the effect of vaccination for vaccination is significant, which can effectively reduce the positive rate of hepatitis A patients, thereby improving the patient＇s condition and worthy of further clinical promotion.
