摘　　要：护理风险管理作为一种护理管理模式,其具有前瞻性的特点,因而能够在护理的过程中进行有组织、有计划的防范和管理,以便于更好地降低护理风险事件发生率。肿瘤病房的高危因素较多、患者病情变化较快等均在一定程度上影响着护理管理的效果,由此,就肿瘤病房护理管理中的风险因素进行了分析,其后就护理风险管理的实施措施予以了阐述,其主要目的在于进一步提高患者的满意率及护理质量。The nursing risk management, as a nursing management model, is prospective, so, it can conduct the organized and planned prevention and management in the nursing course to better reduce the incidence rate of nursing risks, and the multiple high-risk factors and rapid changes of diseases in the tumor ward can affect the nursing management effect to a certain degree, therefore, the paper analyzes the risk factors in the nursing management in the tumor ward, elaborates the implementation measures of nursing risk management, and the main aim is to further the satisfactory rate of patients and nursing quality.
