护理风险管理在内镜室感染控制中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在内镜室感染控制中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月到该院进行内镜室进行治疗的患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组患者在进行治疗时,对内镜室实行常规管理;实验组患者在治疗时,使用风险管理的方式进行管理,对两组患者进行感染现象发生例数记录。结果实验组感染率2.00%,显著低于对照组16.00%,所有患者经过积极治疗后均治愈。结论对内镜室的管理,可以使用护理风险管理,降低感染现象的发生。Objective To study the application effect of nursing risk management in the infection control in the endoscopy room. Methods 100 cases of patients in the endoscopy room in a certain hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the routine management, while the experimental group used the risk management, and the infection cases of the two groups were recorded. Results The infection rate in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group（2.00% vs 16.00%）, and all patients were cured after the positive treatment. Conclusion The nursing risk management in the management in the endoscopy room can reduce the occurrence of infection.
