摘　　要：目的观察患者在采血后按压执行情况,提高按压依从性。方法采用典型抽样法和现场查看法,对社区医院的患者在采血后按压执行情况进行了调查。结果调查的288例患者采血后正确按压依从率为10.76%,其中女性、老年人、高学历患者按标准按压执行较好。结论应加强采血后按压宣传,引起患者正确按压的重视,提高依从性,减少局部不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the execution of pressing of patients after blood collection and improve the pressing compliance. Methods The execution of patients in the community hospitals after blood collection was investigated by the typical sampling method and filed view method. Results The accurate pressing compliance rate of 288 cases of patients after blood collection was 10.76%, and the execution of females, senile people and patients with high academic level was better. Conclusion We should enhance the pressing publicity after blood collection, cause the attention of patients to the accurate pressing, improve the compliance and reduce the incidence rate of local adverse reactions.
