摘　　要：为了探讨雷达兵部队士官长职业化发展问题,首先分析了我军士官长教育属性与定位,根据士官长人才培养目标,设计了士官长"三级"培训路径,对接雷达兵部队士官长岗位职责,给出了营(连)士官长培训质量标准,为军校深入开展雷达兵部队士官长培训提供了参考.In order to explore the professional development of the master sergeants of radar troop, this article firstly analyzes the attributes and orientation of the master sergeant education, and then designs a three-step training route of the master sergeant which is based on the personnel training objectives of master sergeant. Finally the article offers the quality standard for training battalion/company-level master sergeants to satisfy the requirements of master sergeant＇s post duty of radar troops, which provides a reference for military academy to carry out the training of sergeant chiefs of radar troops.
