前列地尔治疗糖尿病患者椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔治疗糖尿病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法选取该科2016年2月—2018年2月收治的糖尿病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足患者82例,随机分为2组各41例,观察组给予前列地尔,对照组给予天麻素,比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.7%,明显优于对照组80.5%(P<0.05);观察组FPG(5.4±0.6)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.6±0.9)mmol/L、BA(53.21±4.14)、LVA(42.33±5.07)、RVA(41.54±5.13)较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗糖尿病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足,能有效增加椎-基底动脉血流,改善患者临床症状,值得应用。Objective To study the curative effect of alprostadil in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency of diabetes patients. Methods 82 cases of patients with diabetes combined with vertebrobasilar insufficiency admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each,the observation group were treated with alprostadil, while the control group were treated with gastrodine, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group 92.7% vs 80.5%（P〈0.05）, and the FPG（5.4±0.6）mmol/L,2 hPG（8.6±0.9）mmol/L, BA（53.21±4.14）, LVA（42.33±5.07）, RVA（ 41.54±5.13） in the observation group were obviously improved compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The alprostadil in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency of diabetes patients can effectively increase the vertebrobasilar artery blood flow and improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is worth application.
