糖尿病合并肺结核患者的胸部X线与CT的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析对糖尿病(DM)合并肺结核(TB)患者给予胸部X线与CT检查的临床诊断价值。方法选用2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的80例DM合并TB患者作为观察对象,所有患者均给予胸部X线检查、CT检查,观察影像学表现,记录检查结果。结果 CT检查对DM合并TB患者的大片实变影、小结节征及数芽征、空洞检出率分别为80.00%、55.00%、62.50%,胸部X线检查分别为72.50%、30.00%、55.00%;两种检查方法对大片实变影及空洞检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CT检查对小结节征及数芽征检出率明显比胸部X线高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DM合并TB患者在胸部X线、CT检查中有典型图像特征,两种检查方法各有优势,对难以确诊者进行综合诊断可以提高检出率。Objective To analyze the clinical value of chest X ray and CT of patients with diabetes combined with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with DM combined with TB admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected, and all patients were given the chest X ray examination and CT examination,and the imaging performance was observed, and the examination results were recorded. Results The test rates of CT examination and chest X ray in the large patches, small nodules, sprouts and cavities of patients with DM combined with TB were respectively 80.00%, 55.00%, 62.50%, and 72.50%, 30.00%, 55.00%, and the difference in the test rate of large patches and cavities between the two examination ways（P〈0.05）, and the test rate of CT examination in the small nodules, sprouts was obviously higher than that of chest X ray, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The imaging features of chest X ray and CT examination in patients with DM combined with TB are typical, and the two examination Methods have advantages and disadvantages, and the comprehensive diagnosis of patients who are difficult to be diagnosed can improve the test rate.
