摘　　要：为解决当前船舶装备评估方法中缺少对专家打分数据进行贴近度计算,不能客观反映参与打分评判人员专业技术水平和相关领域知识层次高低,影响后续指标体系建立以及评估结果的准确性问题,通过建立评估指标体系,采集专家打分数据,最后对船舶交互式电子技术手册(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual,IETM)系统评估数据样本进行贴近度计算,总结不同层次人员对船舶IETM系统评估指标体系的认识水平,掌握参与评估人员对评估目标的理解程度,进而验证船舶IETM系统评估指标体系和所采集评估数据的客观性、科学性、合理性,为下一步评估指标体系的完善和船舶工作人员的技术培养方向提供有价值的意见与建议。In view of the lack of neartude calculation for the expert scoring data in the current equipment evaluation method,not reflecting the professional skill level and domain-related knowledge level of participating in scoring,and the influence on the establishment of the following index system and the accuracy of the evaluation results,the level of understanding of the evaluated objects and the evaluation index system of naval IETM systems of different levels of personnel are summed up to verify the objectivity,scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index system of the ship IETM system and the collected evaluation data,by establishing the evaluation index system,collecting experts＇ scoring data and calculating the neartude on the evaluation data samples of the ship IETM system.It provides valuable suggestions for the improvement of the next evaluation index system and the technical training direction of ship personnel.
