摘　　要：节约能源是我国的基本国策,随着节能口号的提出,建筑节能技术越来越受到重视,是贯彻国民经济可持续发展的重要组成部分。为响应国家号召,太原市制订了《太原市既有居住节能改造工程验收工作方案》对太原市既有居住建筑供热计量及节能改造计划的项目进行节能验收。Energy conservation is China＇s basic national policy. With the introduction of energy-saving slogans,building energy-saving technologies are receiving more and more attention and are an important part of implementing the sustainable development of the national economy. In response to the call of the state,Taiyuan City has formulated the Taiyuan City Existing Residential Energy-saving Reconstruction Project Acceptance Work Plan to conduct energy conservation acceptance for the project of heating measurement and energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings in Taiyuan City.
