摘　　要：从施工组织设计层面对如何优化地铁项目的安全管理工作进行了相关的分析与研究,从管理、技术、人事等方面提出了控制安全事故的有效措施,此研究成果对研究地铁工程项目的安全管理有一定的参考意义。The article design level of safety management work of how to optimize the subway project related analysis and research from the construction organization. Which put forward the effective measures to control the safety accidents from the perspectives of management,technology,personnel. This research result has certain reference significance to study the safety management of subway project.
