摘 要:为研究不同干扰程度下苔藓植物的物种组成差异,通过对恩施市区三种干扰强度下的苔藓植物进行采样调查,共获得200余份苔藓植物标本。经过室内鉴定与统计,发现该区域共有苔藓植物25科31属44种,单种科和单种属资源丰富。其中,中等干扰程度下的湖北民族学院校园内苔藓植物种类最多,为33种,与中度干扰假说相印证。另外,3个调查点苔藓植物生态类型均已土生为主,石生次之,且中度干扰状态下三种生境下(土生、石生和树生)的苔藓种类均最丰富。因此,该研究一定意义上表明了人类干扰对苔藓植物类群多样性的影响,为苔藓植物的物种保护提供一定的理论基础。In order to study the species composition of bryophytes under different disturbance degrees,more than 200 bryophytes specimens were collected through a systematic survey sampling of bryophytes under different environmental conditions in Enshi.Through indoor identification and statistics,we found that there were 44 species of bryophytes in 31 genera,25 families in this area.The resource of single family and single genera were abundant.Among them,there were 33 species of bryophytes in Hubei University for Nationalities under moderate disturbance and the number of species was the highest,which agreed with the intermediate disturbance hypothesis.Besides,the ecological types of bryophytes in the three survey sites were mainly geophytia,followed by petrophytia.In these three habitats(geophytia,petrophytia and epiphytic),the number of bryophytes were the highest under moderate disturbance.Thus,to some extent,this study demonstrated that human's interference could influence the diversity of bryophyte species and providedtheoretical foundation for protecting bryophyte species as well.
