摘 要:以阳离子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为介孔模板剂对SAPO-34分子筛进行改性,考察了一定晶化温度和晶化时间下PEI分子量对SAPO-34分子筛孔结构以及比表面积的影响。结果表明,PEI的引入会导致SAPO-34分子筛结晶度下降;随着PEI分子量增加,表面积略有下降,孔体积基本不变,孔径逐渐增大。对制备的介孔SAPO-34分子筛的MTO反应性能进行测试,结果表明,与未加入PEI的分子筛相比,利用PEI改性的分子筛在MTO中丙烯选择性明显提高,烯烃总选择性上升,并且随着PEI分子量增加,烯烃总选择性也随之提高。Hierarchical SAPO-34 zeolites were modified by polyethylenimine( PEI) as template agent.Effects of crystallization temperature and time on pore structure and specific surface area of SAPO-34 zeolite were investigated. Results showed that addition of PEI made crystalline degree decreasing. With increasing of PEI molecular weight,surface area decreased slightly,pore volume basically unaltered and mesopore size increased gradually. Catalyst prepared was tested in MTO reaction. Results indicated that compared with conventional SAPO-34 molecular sieves,selectivity of olefins obviously increased due to addition of PEI over modified SAPO-34 zeolite. And with increasing of PEI molecular weight,selectivity of olefins also increased.
