摘 要:目的探讨某三甲医院进行床位集中管理的方法及效果。方法成立床位调配中心,确定床位数量,制定床位调配方案,优化入院流程,及时协调和解决调床中的难题,培训护士提高护理水平,并比较成立前后的病床使用率、病床周转次数和平均住院日。结果中心成立6个月,为1 378名病人跨科调配床位,提高了病床使用率6.09%,增加病床周转次数2.23次,缩短平均住院日0.43天。结论大型三甲综合医院成立床位调配中心,能缩短平均住院日,解决部分患者"住院难"的问题,优化住院流程,使床位资源得到充分利用。Objective To discuss the method and effect of centralized management of beds in a tertiary class-A hospital. Methods Setting up the bed allocation center,determining the number and attributes of bed,formulating and implementing the standard of bed allocation,optimizing the admission process,communicating and solving related problems in time and train nurses to improve the level of nursing. The bed utilization rate,turnover rates of hospital beds and average length of stay pre-and post-establishment were compared. Results The center was set up for 6 months, with allocating beds for 1 378 patients, which improved the hospital bed utilization rate by 6.09%, increased the turnover rates of hospital beds by 2.23 times and shortened the average length of stay by 0.43 days. Conclusion The establishment of the bed allocation center in a large tertiary class-A general hospital can shorten the time of hospitalization,solve the problems of "difficulty hospitalization",optimize the hospitalization process,and make better use of the bed resources.
