摘　　要：目的为更好地提高医疗服务质量,深入分析多学科协作会诊(MDT)模式在综合医院的应用现状,以期为综合医院开展会诊工作提供参考依据。方法分析2015年1月—2018年2月在医院接受多学科协作会诊的1 547例患者资料。结果多学科协作会诊患者治愈比例为24.49%,好转比例为40.33%。结论多学科协作会诊可为患者提供科学的治疗方案,综合医院在应用的过程中需要建立健全监督机制与严密的随访制度。Objective In order to improve the quality of medical service,to deeply analyze the application status of multi-disciplinary team mode in the general hospital,so as to provide reference for the consultation work of comprehensive hospitals. Methods The data of 1 547 patients receiving multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment in the hospital from January,2015 to February,2018 were analyzed. Results The proportion of patients treated with multiple disciplinary team was 24.49%,and the proportion of patients who improved was 40.33%. Conclusion Multiple disciplinary team can provide a scientific treatment plan for patients,and comprehensive hospitals need to establish sound supervision mechanism and strict follow-up system in the process of application.
