精神科医护人员人文关怀能力现况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解精神科医生和护士人文关怀能力的现状及影响因素,为探寻改善精神科医护人员关怀能力的方法提供依据。方法:选择240名精神科医生和护士的资料,采用一般情况问卷、杰弗逊共情量表和关怀能力量表对研究对象进行测评分析。结果:精神科医护人员关怀能力得分为(188.81±16.67)分,共情能力得分为(99.29±5.34)分,二者成正相关。性别、职业、工龄、共情能力是关怀能力的影响因素。结论:精神科医护人员关怀能力处于中等偏下水平,需要医院管理者、教育者和医护人员自身共同努力。Objective：To investigate and analyze the present situation and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of psychiatric doctors and nurses.Methods：240 psychiatric doctors and nurses from a third-grade psychiatric hospital in Anhui province were recruited in the study.The general situation questionnaire,Jefferson Empathy Scale and the Caring Ability Inventory were used to evaluate the research objects.Results：The score of caring ability of the psychiatric doctors and nurses was 188.81±16.67 and empathic ability score was 99.29±5.34.The two were positively correlated.Gender,occupation,length of service and empathy are the factors that affect caring ability.Conclusion：Hospital administrators,educators and medical practitioners should make joint efforts to create the kindheartedness medical humanistic environment.
