摘 要:目的分析超声弹性成像(UE)技术对甲状腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断价值。方法对我院临床收治的80例(102个结节)甲状腺结节患者行常规超声及UE检查,分别判断结节的良恶性,并与病理结果进行对比分析。结果 102个结节中,经术后病理证实良性结节80个,恶性结节22个。UE对良恶性结节诊断的准确率分别为94%(77/82)、70%(14/20),明显高于常规超声检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UE共误判结节11个,主要为Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级结节,占82%(9/11)。结论 UE技术有助于甲状腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断,可作为常规二维及彩色多普勒超声的有效补充手段。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Eighty cases in our hospital(102 nodules) with thyroid nodule underuent the detection of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging, to judge benign and malignant nod-ules, respectively, and compare with pathological results. Results There were 80 nodules of benign nodules and 22 malignant nodules. The accuracy of ultrasound elastography was 94%(77/82) and 70%(14/20) respectively, which was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonography, and the difference was statistically significant( P0.05). By ultrasound elasticity imaging there are 11 misjudgment nodules, mainly for Ⅱ and Ⅲ nodules, accounted for 82%(9/11). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography is helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules of the thyroid gland, and can be used as an effective complementary method for conventional two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasound.
