摘  要:利用玉米单倍体诱导系丹诱3号为父本,以外引诱导系高诱1号作为对照,对不同试验材料进行诱导,研究丹诱3号诱导率。结果表明,丹诱3号对自交系及杂交种均可诱导并产生单倍体。对自交系的诱导结果表明,丹诱3号的诱导率(7.15%)高于高诱1号(6.37%);在对杂交基础试材的诱导中,丹诱3号的诱导率为8.41%,高诱1号为6.90%,诱导差异率达到显著水平。针对不同的材料,丹诱3号的诱导率也存在差异,不论是自交系还是杂交种,含有Reid、Lancaster和PN群的材料诱导率较高;旅系和黄改系材料的诱导率相对较低。Used haploid inducer line Danyou 3 as male patent material, and haploid inducer line Gaoyou 1 as control, research the induction rate of Danyou 3. The result showed that inbred lines and hybrids can be in- duced and generate haploid by Danyou 3, the induction rate of Danyou3 for inbred lines(7.15% )was higher than Gaoyou 1 (6.37%). The inducing rate for hybrids, Danyou 3 was 8.41% , Gaoyou 1 was 6.90% , which reached significant level. The induction rate was different in both inbred lines and hybrids, the higher ones showed up in Reid,Lancaster and PN, but lower in Lvda Red Cob and Tang Si Ping Tou groups germplasm resources.
