摘  要:为提高现有诱导系的诱导率、增强籽粒及植株遗传标记,将3个诱导系改良后筛选出籽粒遗传标记较明显且诱导率较高的诱导系,再与4个基础材料配制诱导组合,分析不同诱导系的单倍体诱导率差异。美高诱系是较高效的诱导系(8.78%),且由其诱导得到单倍体的遗传标记最明显,籽粒鉴选准确率达90%;24个诱导组合的单倍体初步诱导率差异较大,最高为10.65%,最低为1.95%。不同基础材料要选择相应的诱导系才可获得较高诱导率。In order to improve the induction rates and inherited markers of haploid seed and plant, thine in- ducers were improved and new inducers with more obvious inherited markers and higher induction rates were selected. Four basic materials were induced by the improved inducers respectively and preliminary haploid in- duction rates were analyzed among the induced combinations. Inducer Ame-Gao had the highest induction rate ( 8.78% ) and the most obvious inherited markers, with nearly 90% seed selection accuracy rate. The preliminary induction rate varied greatly among diffeent induction combinations, from 1.95% to 10.65% , thus different basis materials should be induced by COlTesponding inducers.
