摘  要:SFF封装光模块的个别插针在生产过程中仅仅用于测试阶段,在正式包装出货前需要将此类型的插针去掉,方便客户端使用。针对这种情况,根据凸轮机构的运动原理,滚子沿着凸轮表面滚动,从而实现滚子沿着特定曲线方向往复运动的的现象,设计一款拔插针工具。此拔插针工具操作简单,不但能防止光模块的外观出现划伤,而且能彻底解决残留插针带来的后续隐患。The individual pins of the SFF optical module are only used for the testing stage of production. You need to remove this type of pin before packing and shipping,so that the client can use it. In this case,according to the motion principle of the cam mechanism,The roller is rolled along the cam surface to achieve the reciprocating motion of the roller along a specific curve. A needle pulling tool is designed. The pulling pin tool is simple in operation. It not only can prevent the appearance of the optical module from scratching,but also can solve the hidden trouble caused by the residual pin thoroughly.
