摘 要:通过对石榴进行单盐(NaCl)和不同梯度混合盐碱胁迫,分析1年生石榴幼苗耐盐、盐碱的范围。研究发现:当单盐浓度在200mmol L~(-1)以下时,能较好地生长;当盐碱交互胁迫后,NaCl浓度在200mmol L~(-1)、pH8.72时,苗木受害严重;混合盐碱对苗木胁迫要高于单盐,高盐高碱的协同作用远远高于单盐。此外,本研究针对当前石榴抗盐碱评价中存在的问题提出改进建议。Through the study of the single salt and different saline-alkaline stress gradient of pomegranate , to analysis the range of salt, saline-alkaline resistance of one year pomegranate seedlings. The study found that: when a single salt (NaCl) concentration in the 100mmol·L-1, pomegranate seedlings can grow better. Wlien saline-alkaline stress, NaCl concentration in 200mmol· L-1 PH 8.72, seedlings will suffer a lot; The synergistic effect of mixed saline on seedling stress was higher than that of single salt, and the synergistic effect of high salt and alkali was much higher than that of single salt. In addition, suggestions of the existing problems in the evaluation of pomegranate anti-salinity for improvement are put forward in this study.
