摘　　要：根据一台高参数化蒸汽过热器的结构需求和工艺特点,通过合理的材料选型和结构形式,采用常规设计与分析设计相结合的方法对设备进行了充分的结构优化。在多层次的质量控制下,保证了设计制造出的U形管式换热器在服役过程中的安全性和经济性。Considering structural requirements and process characteristics of steam parameterized steam superheater and through reasonable selection of both materials and structure forms,a design scheme which combing conventional design and analysis methods for the structure optimization was adopted. Under multi-level quality control,both safety and economy of the U-tube heat exchanger designed can be ensured in the process of service.
