摘 要:选取酸萘比1.2~1.6分别合成萘系高效减水剂。为排除硫酸钠杂质干扰,用低温结晶法对各样品进行纯化后,研究了酸萘比对性能的影响。结果表明,净浆流动度、水泥颗粒表面吸附率、减水率及抗压强度比均在酸萘比为1.5前后呈现不同的变化规律;表面张力随酸萘比上升持续下降。At a range of acid to naphthalene ratio between 1.2 to 1.6,the naphthalene based superplasticizer was synthesized,respectively.The effects of the ratio on their performance were analyzed after that the samples were pured using the low temperature crystallization method.The results demonstrated that the fluidity of cement pastes,the adsorption rate on the surface of cement particles,the water reduction rate and the compressive strength ratio presented different increasing rules around the acid to naphthalene ratio of 1.5.The surface tension decreases constantly with the increase of the acid/naphthalene ratio.
