摘  要:当前,高等医学院校及其附属医院正处于规模和紧密程度的蓬勃发展时期,高等医学院校及其附属医院间的互动频次越来越多,相互支持、相互依赖的程度不断加深,一方面高等医学院校离不开附属医院的临床教学支持,另一方面附属医院依赖于高等医学院校的战略支撑,随之而来的问题和挑战也不断增多。如何有效促进高等医学院校与附属医院的有机融合,成为高等医学院校及其附属医院持续发展的必然趋势。本文以新疆某高等医学院校为例,基于高等医学院校和附属医院的纵横双向互动,从理清问题、找准对策两个方面,为进一步加强高等医学院校与附属医院的双向互动,提出相应的参考意见。At present, higher medical colleges and affiliated hospitals are in the period of vigorous development of scale and close degree. The frequency of interaction between medical colleges and their affiliated hospitals is increasing, with increased mutual support and interdependence. On the one hand, medical colleges and universities cannot leave the clinical teaching support of affiliated hospitals, on the other hand affiliated hospitals rely on the strategic support of higher medical colleges, and the problems and challenges are increasing. How to effectively promote the organic integration of higher medical colleges and affiliated hospitals has become an inevitable trend for the sustainable development of medical colleges and affiliated hospitals. Taking a higher medical college in Xinjiang as an example, based on the two-way interaction between medical colleges and affiliated hospitals, from clarify the problem and find the method as two aspects, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for strengthening the two-way interaction between the higher medical colleges and affiliated hospitals.
