贝那普利联合坎地沙坦在改善原发性高血压患者治疗效果、降低其血脂中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨贝那普利联合坎地沙坦治疗原发性高血压患者对血压及血脂水平的影响。方法:收治原发性高血压患者134例,所有患者均给予贝那普利联合坎地沙坦治疗,观察治疗前后的血压及血脂水平。结果:治疗后,收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合坎地沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效可靠,能够有效改善患者的血压及血脂水平。Objective：To explore the value of benazepril combined with candesartan in improving the therapeutic efficacy and reducing blood lipids in patients with essential hypertension.Methods：134 patients with essential hypertension were selected,all patients were treated with benazepril combined with candesartan,we observed the blood pressure and blood lipid levels before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,total cholesterol,glycerol three fat,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were all better than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of benazepril combined with candesartan in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension was reliable,it can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level of patients.
