摘　　要：ANCA相关性小血管炎是临床中较为罕见的一种疾病,临床症状不典型,多数临床医生对其缺乏足够的认识,容易造成漏诊和误诊。本文介绍以皮肤紫癜、血尿、消化系统症状为首发表现的ANCA相关性小血管炎1例临床报告,为临床提供探讨。ANCA associated small vessel vasculitis is a rare disease in clinical practice,its clinical symptoms are not typical,most clinicians do not know enough about them,which may lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.This article introduces the clinical report of 1 case of ANCA associated vasculitis with skin skin purpura,hematuria and digestive symptoms as the first manifestation,to provide discuss for clinic.
