摘　　要：目的:探讨^(99m)Tc-MDP联合WB-DWI对前列腺癌骨转移诊断效能的影响。方法:收治前列腺癌患者79例,47例发生骨转移者设为研究组,32例未发生骨转移者设为对照组,两组均接受^(99m)Tc-MDP及WB-DWI检查,统计两组ADC值、^(99m)Tc-MDP及WB-DWI单独与联合诊断效能。结果:研究组ADC值高于对照组(P<0.05);联合诊断敏感度高于^(99m)Tc-MDP及WB-DWI单独诊断(P<0.05)。联合诊断特异度、准确度与^(99m)Tc-MDP及WB-DWI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取^(99m)Tc-MDP联合WB-DWI可提高前列腺癌骨转移诊断敏感度,降低漏诊风险,为临床治疗方案的制定及调整提供参考依据。Objective：To explore the effect of^（99m）Tc-MDP combined with WB-DWI on the diagnostic efficiency of prostate cancer patients with bone metastases.Methods：79 patients with prostate cancer were selected,47 patients with bone metastases were assigned to the study group,and 32 patients without bone metastases were allocated to the control group,the two groups were examined by^（99m）Tc-MDP and WB-DWI,we evaluated the ADC and effectiveness of^（99m）Tc-MDP and WB-DWI alone and in combination.Results：The ADC value of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The sensitivity of combined diagnosis was higher than that of separate diagnosis of^（99m）Tc-MDP and WB-DWI（P〈0.05）.The specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were not significantly different from those of^（99m）Tc-MDP and WB-DWI（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：^（99m）Tc-MDP combined with WB-DWI can improve the sensitivity of the diagnosis of bone metastasis of prostate cancer,reduce the risk of missed diagnosis,and provide reference for the formulation and adjustment of clinical treatment plan.
