社区高血压管理患者药物降压治疗管理及血压达标的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区高血压管理患者药物降压治疗管理及血压达标的影响因素。方法:对社区高血压管理患者368例的一般情况、高血压药物治疗及管理行为与血压的控制情况进行调查。结果:药物治疗率为97.7%,血压控制达标率为68.1%。不同年龄、性别、高血压病程、烟酒瘾、血糖、血脂、并发症的种数、治疗管理的总分等血压控制的达标率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参与社区管理的高血压患者的药物治疗率高,且大多患者血压的达标率均较高,服药依从性好及血脂正常都有利于高血压患者的血压达标。Objective：To explore the influencing factors of antihypertensive treatment management and blood pressure compliance on the patients with hypertension management in community.Methods：The general situation,hypertension drug treatment,management behavior and blood pressure control in 368 cases of patients with hypertension management in community were investigated.Results：The rate of drug treatment was 97.7%.The rate of blood pressure control was 68.1%.The difference of age,sex,course of hypertension,alcohol addiction,blood sugar,blood lipid,the number of complications and the total score of treatment management were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rate of drug treatment for hypertensive patients involved in community management was higher,and most of the patients had high standard rate of blood pressure,and good compliance and normal blood lipid were beneficial to the blood pressure of patients with hypertension.
