摘  要:目的:探讨内科门诊患者的就诊需求、改进措施。方法:根据内科门诊的调查情况,采用自行设计问卷的方式对患者进行调查,开展品管圈活动。结果:通过改进措施的实施,患者满意度由85%提高到95.3%。结论:患者对就诊秩序满意度提高,就诊体验感好,对门诊的医疗护理服务满意评价也高。Objective:To explore the treatment needs and improvement measures of outpatients in the department of internal medicine.Methods:According to the investigation of the outpatient department,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patients and carry out QC activities.Results:By improving the implementation of the measures,the patient's satisfaction increased from 85% to 95.3%.Conclusion:Patients' satisfaction with medical order is improved,medical experience is good,and the satisfaction of outpatient medical service is also improved.
