摘　　要：对某厂锅炉房煤改气工程项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,确定其主要的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价相应防护措施的效果。通过搜集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,采用检查表法和定量分级法进行综合评价。各岗位接触的职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)符合国家规定的接触限值。本项目选址与总体布局、建筑卫生学、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病危害防护措施、应急救援措施、个人防护用品、建筑卫生学、职业卫生管理及职业健康监护等方面基本符合国家相关法律法规的要求。This paper evaluates the occupational hazard control effects of a coal to natural gas project for certain boiler room.It confirms the major occupational risk factors and the hazard rating and evaluates the effects of the preventive measures.Through relevant data collection,on-site occupational hygiene investigation and detection of occupational hazards,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation by adopting checklist method and quantitative grading method.The results show that the concentration(intensity)of occupational-disease–inductive factors in contact is in accordance with the national contact limits.The site selection and general layout,architectural hygiene,production process and equipment layout,protective measures for occupational hazards,emergency rescue measures,individual preventive supplies,occupational hygienic management and occupational health monitoring of the project basically meet the requirements of national laws and regulations.
