油气井取样的安全环保问题与解决方案

摘　　要：油气井取油样和气样在油气田开发管理中占有重要的地位,是采油(气)工的日常工作之一,工作量大。现场存在取样口设置不合理使取样存在很大的安全风险且不满足资料录取的要求,以及使用矿泉水瓶作取样桶造成环境污染的问题。提出了将取样口设置在垂直管段(立管)上,并使用塔里木油田自主知识产权产品"多功能油井取样器"或"油井简易取样装置"和"取样桶"的方案,可解决油气井取样存在的安全和环保问题。Oil and gas well sampling occupies an important place in the management of the development of oil and gas field.It is one of the daily routines with heavy workload for oil and gas production workers.The sampling outlet at the jobsite is not placed properly,which not only brings safety risks in sampling,but also doesn’t meet the needs of data recording.Mineral water bottles are used as sampling vessels at the jobsite,which results in environmental problems.This paper proposes to place the sampling outlet on the vertical segment of a pipe while applying the products of Tarim Oilfield Company with independent intellectual property rights-"Multifunctional oil well sampling device"or"Simplified oil well sampling device"and"Sampling vessel".This proposal can solve the safety and environmental problems in oil and gas well sampling.
