摘 要:伴随我国城镇化步伐的加快,城镇规模的扩张,一些原有敷设在城镇规划区以外的天然气管道逐步进入城镇区域,其管道壁厚、防腐等级、截断阀设置等安全措施不再适应新的环境,存在极大火灾事故隐患。从城镇区域输气管道安全风险分析入手,系统分析城镇区域输气管道安全隐患治理工作中面临的难点,以加强管道自身安全为出发点,保证管道周围公众、建(构)筑物及其他设施安全为终极目标,提出城镇区域输气管道安全隐患治理方案的设计思路。With the acceleration of urbanization and the expansion of urban scale in China,some of the existing natural gas pipelines laid outside the planning area of the town have been gradually entered urban planning area or built-up area.The safety measures such as wall thickness,anti-corrosion grade and the setting of isolation valve are no longer fit for the new conditions,and there are great fire hazards.Based on the safety risk analysis of gas pipelines in urban areas,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the safety management of gas pipelines in urban areas systematically.Based on strengthening the pipeline safety to ensure the safety of the public areas and facilities surrounding the pipelines,the paper puts forward the design scheme for hidden safety risk management of gas pipelines in urban areas.
