延安时期党风廉政建设经验的当代价值

摘　　要：中国共产党自成立的那天起,就将党风廉政建设作为一项重要的政治任务常抓不懈。延安时期,党采取多种方式建设廉洁政府,尤其是践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,走群众路线;建立健全相关法律法规,用制度约束党员干部行为;发扬民主监督精神,健全民主监督机制;表彰先进模范和严厉惩治腐败分子,激发党员干部的干事创业意识;领导干部率先垂范等,通过这些措施使陕甘宁边区政府成为当时最廉洁的政府。认真总结这一时期党风廉政建设的基本经验,能够有效指导今天的党风廉政建设工程。Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the construction of a clean and honest government has always been regarded as an important political task with unremitting efforts. During the Yan＇an period,the Party adopted a variety of ways to build a clean government, including the following means： devotion to serving the people, the people-based route, more efficient laws and regulations,restrict rules for the Party members and cadres, promotion of the spirit of democratic supervision, improvement in the democratic supervision mechanism, recognition of the advanced models,severe punishment on corruption,and stimulation to the entrepreneurship consciousness of the Party members and cadres.These measures helped the government of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region become the most honest government. A summary of the basic experience of the construction of a clean and honest government in this period can effectively help the construction of a clean and honest government under the leadership of the Party.
