摘　　要：抗战时期云南昆明的金融业极度发展,云南矿业银行就在此时成立。作为陆系财团重要的一环,对云南经济发展具有积极的作用,而且其行之有效的管理方法,使其取得了良好的经济效益,也对今天的商业银行的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。During the Anti-Japanese War,the financial industry of Kunming in Yunnan province developed fast. Yunnan Mine Bank was founded at this time. As an important part of the Lu Chongren ＇s financial group, it had a positive effect on Yunnan＇s economic development,and its effective management method resulted in good economic benefits,which has some enlightening significance to the development of commercial banks today.
