摘　　要：高校是一个肩负传道授业使命的地方,也被企业当作是培养优秀员工的摇篮。学校在为学生传输科学知识的基础上,还要着重考虑如何培养学生解决现实问题的能力。为了满足家长、社会越来越高的期待,也为了自身的长远发展,学校需要尝试改革,在优化通识课程结构的同时,更不忘提高学生实践能力,使学生不仅具有丰富的理论知识,更具备过硬的实践技能,共同促进学校与企业联盟的形成,迎接新的机遇和挑战。The university is a place shouldering the mission of preaching through professionsand which is regarded as the cradle of training outstanding employees. Therefore,On the basis of transmitting new knowledge to students,the school should also focus on how to cultivate students＇ abilities to solve practical problems. In order to meet the growing expectations of parents and benefit the long-term development of their own,the school need to try the reform. While optimizing the structure of the general knowledge course,we should not forget to improve the students＇ practical ability,so that students not only have sufficient theoretical knowledge but also Have excellent practical skills,which will promote the formation of the school and enterprise alliance,and meet new opportunities and challenges.
