摘　　要：公共服务体系关系到国计民生,做好城乡居民的民生保障工作,切实维护公众的合法权益,努力提升公共服务能力,最大限度地满足群众的公共服务需求。当前公共服务体系法律制度建设尚不够深入,需要从实际情况出发,积极学习国外先进经验,以提高公共服务质量,促进社会和谐稳定。The public service system is related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood,to do a good job of ensuring the livelihood of urban and rural residents,to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the public,to strive to enhance the capacity of public service,and to meet the public service needs to the maximum extent. At present,the construction of legal system of public service system is not deep enough,it is necessary to study foreign advanced experience actively from the actual situation in order to improve the quality of public service and promote social harmony and stability.
