摘　　要：为改善本科教育教学中存在的实训平台不完善,实训内容单调不切实际,简单走过场、过形式,凑学分的现状,通过对校企合作模式的研究,分析校企合作人才培养模式的意义及内容,创建一个"重基础、重实践、突显专业特色"的理论与实践紧密结合、学校与企业密切合作的工科专业教育模式。同时,也让许多学生在专业实践过程中完成了社会实践和社会活动,在实践中树立了对企业的责任和对社会的责任。The existing undergraduate education and teaching in the training platform is not perfect because the training content like a mere formality is monotonous,simple and unrealistic,which get credit status. Through the research on the cooperation model,analyzing the meaning and contents of the training model of school enterprise cooperation,the engineering education mode is created with ＂heavy foundation and practice,highlight the professional the characteristics＂,combining theory and practice,school work closely with enterprises. At the same time,many students have completed social practice and social activities in the process of professional practice,and have established responsibilities for enterprises and responsibilities to society in practice.
