摘　　要：本文通过对某医学院女大学生创新创业教育现状进行调查发现:女大学生创新创业意识薄弱,实践能力和综合素质需要进一步提升,高校和政府需要加大政策扶持力度,分别从双创意识、政策扶持和师资建设等方面提出对策和建议。Based on the investigation into the current situation of female college students＇ enterprise education in a medical college,findings in this thesis are as follows：female college students mostly have very little understanding of innovation and enterprise,and they are supposed to further enhance their practical ability and comprehensive quality.Moreover,colleges and the government need to make greater efforts in policy support. According to those findings above,some suggestions and measures in the thesis are put forward from these aspects：innovation and enterprise awareness,policy support and teaching staff construction.
