摘　　要：创新型应用人才培养是当前军队院校教学改革的热点问题。如何提高学生的实践应用能力,如何指导学生学会将理论转化为具体的方法,从而解决实际应用问题是当前教学过程中的重点和难点。本文结合课程组近年来的教学实践,阐述了一套"课堂教学+网络教学+创新竞赛"的立体教学体系。实践结果表明,该教学体系激发了学生的创新观念和意识,全面培养了学生的科学作风、团队意识、应用能力和创新精神。To cultivate high-quality creative talents is a hot issue in the current teaching reform in colleges and universities,and it is also an urgent need of military informatization construction. How to improve students＇ ability of practical application and how to guide students to learn how to translate theory into concrete methods to solve practical problems are the key and difficult points in the current teaching process. This article combines the teaching practice of course group in recent years,expounds a three-dimensional teaching system of classroom teaching ＋ online teaching ＋multi-level practice teaching. Practice shows that the teaching system stimulates the innovative ideas and awareness of trainees and fully cultivates the students＇ scientific style,team awareness,practical ability and innovative spirit.
