摘  要:为了进一步提升高等教育质量,本科生教育的全程导师制逐渐被引起关注,本文就践行本科生全程导师制的感悟和思考做了几点总结。从浅谈导师制的内涵,到佛山科学技术学院推进导师制践行过程中的几点感悟和存在的问题进行综述。实践证明,本科生全程导师制自实施以来已经初见成效,对创新型人才的培养有着极大的促进作用。In order to further improve the quality of higher education,the whole tutorial system of undergraduate education has attracted more and more attention,in this paper,the practice of undergraduate tutorial system insights and thinking to do a few summary,on the connotation of tutorial system,a summary of the understanding and existing problems in the process of promoting tutorial system in Foshan University is summarized. Practice has proved that the whole tutorial system has achieved initial success,and has a great role in promoting the cultivation of innovative talents.
