摘　　要：本科毕业论文是大学生培养的最后一个环节,也是教师与学生相处最为紧密的阶段。本文从自身近五年指导本科毕业论文实际出发,从提出问题、分析问题及解决问题等方面对学生的综合能力和综合素质进行培养,从学生在毕业论文环节取得的成果及毕业后的反馈来看,取得了较好的效果。It is the last process to do the dissertation for the undergraduate students,and it is the time that they havethe best relationship between teachers and students.In this paper,the author developes the students＇ ability of askingquestions,analyses questions and solve questions on the basis of conducting the undergraduate dissertation nearly fiveyears.The good effects are obtained from the achievements that the students gain during their dissertation and thefeedback after their graduating.
