摘　　要：毕业设计是大学人才培养的重要环节,对学生的工程实践能力和综合素质的培养具有不可替代的作用。结合安全工程专业的实际情况,从学生、教师与管理三因素出发,分析毕业设计过程中存在的主要问题,提出了毕业实习—设计—就业一体化模式、科学选题、培养学生的创新能力及优化过程管理等具体措施,对提高安全工程专业毕业设计质量、培养综合性安全人才具有重有指导意义。The graduation design is an important part of university talent training,plays an irreplaceable role in thetraining of engineering practice ability and comprehensive quality.According to the actual situation of safety engineeringspecialty,considering students,teachers and management,the main problems of graduation design were analyzed.Thispaper puts forward some specific measures,such as graduation practice-design-employment integration model,scientifictopic selection,cultivating students＇ creative ability and optimization process management,which is of great guidingsignificance for improving the quality of graduation design and cultivating comprehensive safety personnel.
