摘　　要：目的探讨颧骨复合体折手术新入路方法及疗效。方法 11例颧骨复合体骨折患者,采用经耳屏拐杖型切口切开,暴露术区,在直视下进行复位并使用微型钛板进行坚固内固定。结果术后通过临床及影像学检查随访,骨折复位效果良好,瘢痕隐蔽,无面瘫等严重并发症。结论此手术方法创伤小,伤口隐蔽,解剖层次清晰,可为颧骨复合体骨折手术提供良好视野,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the aPPlication and effect of a new oPerative aPProach to zygomatic comPlex fracture.Methods OPen surgeries were Performed in 11 cases of zygomatic comPlex fracture via stick incision through the ear screen aPProach.After exPosing the surgical area,eduction and internal fixation was comPleted usingwith titanium Plate under direct vision.Results Through clinical and radiologic PostoPerative follow uP,satisfactory results were obtained with few minor comPlications.Conclusion This surgical method has the advantages of acomParatively small wound,clear anatomic structure,and unaPParent scar.It can also Provide a better surgical vision for the oPeration of zygomatic comPlex fracture.All in all,It is worthy of clinical Promotion.
